‍AALL reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to AALL’s practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Such modifications may be made with or without notice to you. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the AALL website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that personal information is the information of a child under the age of 16, we will delete the information as soon as possible. At any time, parents or legal guardians may request us to correct or delete the child’s personal information. To protect the child’s privacy and security, we may require you to take certain steps or provide additional information to verify your identity before we provide any information or make corrections.

How Can I Remove My Name from AALL’s Mailing List?

To have your address removed from our list of addresses that receive information about new resources, services, sales, and promotions, simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link that appears at the bottom of any email you’ve received from us and follow the simple instructions.

Gift Refund Policy

‍We deeply appreciate the generosity of our donors and supporters. Your contributions enable us to fulfill our mission and make a positive impact on communities worldwide. While we strive to ensure that every donation is utilized effectively and efficiently, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following Gift Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refunds and Process

Refunds are eligible for monetary donations made to AALL FAMILY To be eligible for a refund, the donor must request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original donation date or the check date, whichever is earlier. Donors must provide valid proof of donation, such as a donation receipt or acknowledgment letter, when requesting a refund. Donors wishing to request a refund must contact our donor services team at donate@aallfamily.org or by calling 480.863.6375. The donation will be refunded using the original method of payment whenever possible. AALL FAMILY reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Individuals who receive refunds are responsible for correcting any tax filings made to reflect the refunded amount.

Exclusions

In-kind donations, such as goods or services, are not eligible for refunds. Donations designated for specific projects, programs, or campaigns may not be eligible for refunds if the funds have already been allocated and utilized for their intended purpose such as ongoing programs or projects that cannot be reversed.

AALL FAMILY reserves the right to modify or update this Gift Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. Financials Tax Return (990-PF)

The 990-PF is the tax return that private foundations must file each year with the Internal Revenue Service. The tax return provides financial information about the Foundation's assets, investments, expenses, and grants awarded for the year. If you have questions or would like more information about how to interpret this document, please contact us.

AALL FAMILY is an Arizona nonprofit corporation organized as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is currently in the process of obtaining the IRS recognition of its tax exemption.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from AALL FAMILY again, just sign up as you did the first time and AALL FAMILY will start sending messages to you again.

AALL logs and stores anonymous information each time you visit the Website. Choice of Law

AALL is organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to its conflicts-of-law principles. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement regarding the matters discussed on this page. By using the Website, you consent to personal jurisdiction in the federal and state courts located in Phoenix, Arizona, for any action arising out of, or relating to, the Website or your use of the Website. The federal and state courts located in Phoenix, Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such actions.

Severability

If any provision of the Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from the Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which must be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties, and to remain in full force and effect.
